1. Quality Controller Manager (Quality Health Safety Environment)
He/She has the experience in handling the overall QHSE of the company, has proven track record inachieving and implementing several matters related to QHSE / ISO preferably ISO:2200/ HACCP/Star Rating.Has the capability to achieve furtherimprovement in this area. The idol person for this position is for those who have earnedseveral certifications in the area of QHSE / ISO. Has strong leadership, high attention to detail, excellent control over business process,target oriented, able to work in teams, and within the age range of thirties.
2. Sales Coordinator
To assist and support operationally in the achievement of department’s predetermined sales and revenue targets. Ensure all requirements, arrangements and expectations agreedwith clients are fulfilled.Maintain accurate and updated filling systems/administration on all Sales Agreements, Quotations, etc. Involve in the compilation of Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report.Attention to detail, excellent communication skill, able to communicate in English (written and orally) is compulsory.
3. Personal Assistant
The suitable incumbent for this position is to be able to assist the Executive Assistant Manager in the day to day operation activities, understand the business and the business process, having high attention to detail, able to support to actualize pending matters, has high dedication, commitment and willing to work long hours.
It is expected that the incumbent is in their late thirties and able to communicate in English (written and orally).
4. Japanese Sales Manager
To provide excellent services to our Japanese guests, we are seeking for a candidate who is fluent in Japanese, orally and preferably also writing. The incumbent wouldneed to have proven sales track record, and has the ability to increase sales revenue to the business. The incumbent must have self-motivation, excellent communication and negotiation skills are also the key factors of a nominated candidate. It is required that the incumbent has at least 2 years of experience in hotel sales, and also preferred that the incumbentshould be around in their mid-thirties at the maximum.
5.Guest Relation Officer
The incumbent will be the liaison person to service and assists ourprime guests especially our Japanesecustomers. He / She needs to build good rapport with all the guests.
Fluent Japanese in oral and writing is required. The incumbent should be in their late twenties or at maximum early thirties.
6. HR - Organization Development Specialist
The perfect person should have the background experience in all areas of Organization and Development, i.e. Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development.Has experience in developing and delivering in-house training. He / She should have good communication, presentation and writing skills, able to operate Microsoft Visio.It is preferable that the incumbent is at their mid-thirties and able to communicate orally and writing in English.
7. HR- Generalist
He / She should have experience using HRIS, handling Employee and Industrial Relations, and developing HR policies. The incumbent must be within their mid-thirties, having good interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, a team player and has the capacity to provide service excellence internally.
